381. 为了配合治疗，大夫不得不撒了个善意的谎，说病情并不严重。

[误] For better treatment, the doctor told him a goodwill lie saying his illness is nothing serious.

[正] For better treatment, the doctodr told him a white lie saying his illness is nothing serious.

注：a white lie 是英语的固定搭配，指“善意的谎言”。
