心酸! 留守男孩想见父母 藏班车底下颠80公里

Pictures of two Chinese boys who travelled 80km (50 miles) in the undercarriage of a bus have sparked an online discussion about the "left-behind" children.

日前，两个中国小男孩藏在一辆大巴车底下、跟车行驶了约80公里的照片，在网上引发了对“留守儿童”的热议。

The two are from a poor village in southern Guangxi, and had been trying to reach their parents, who work in neighbouring Guangdong province.

这两名男孩来自广西南部的一个贫穷山村，一直渴望见到在邻省广东省工作的父母。

They were reported missing on 23 November by their teacher, and found on the same day in the undercarriage of a vehicle at a bus station.

11月23号，他们的老师报案称两人失踪，而就在同一天，两人在一个汽车站的一辆大巴车底下被发现。

Pictures and video show the two boys caked with mud and clinging to the bottom of the bus.

在照片和视频中，这两个男孩全身是泥，紧紧抓住车子的底部。

According to the Southern Morning Post, the boys were "around eight or nine years old" and were found by security workers when the vehicle stopped at a station en route.

据《南国早报》报道，这两个男孩约八、九岁，是在客车于途中一站停车时被安全检查人员发现的。

"These children's bodies were really thin, so the undercarriage was a good hiding space," one worker said. "We finally came to understand that these two boys had been missing their mum and dad. They had hidden under the vehicle because they wanted to find their parents."

一名工作人员表示：“两个孩子的身体都很瘦，所以车底是一个好的藏身之处。我们最后才了解到这两个孩子是想他们的父母了。他们藏在大巴车底下，是想找到他们的父母。”

Reports say that their relatives were informed and the children were picked up the same evening.

记者表示，他们的家属已经得到通知，并于当天晚上把孩子接走了。

The incident has left China's online community shocked, and has been a talking point for thousands on the popular microblog Sina Weibo.

The pictures have been widely shared, and described by many users as "heartbreaking". One says: "There are way too many young children in China now who are separated from their parents from a young age. Who is caring for them, and finding a solution to their problems?"
