I visited the Great Wall with my friends last Sunday. It took us two hours to get there by bus. We started early in the morning at about half past six. It was hot and a bit windy that day. There were thousands of people on the wall. we climbed up the tower and walked on the wall for about two hours. We also took lots of photos. I bought a history of the Wall and my friends bought some souvenirs. The Great Wall looks like a dragon and it is really a wonderful sight. I couldn't wait to climb upward， taking my father's hand. How many people climbing the Great Wall are! My father and I took photos among the crowd as we climbed. After half an hour. I felt a little tired. My fahter encouraged me in the words， "Teng Teng， do you know that you are not a man if you fail to reach the Great Wall? Come on!" Hearing that， I refreshed myself and tried my best to climb up. In the end， I reached the Hero Slope. I felt very happy and proud， standing on the Hero Slope. I felt myself to be a real man now.
