A little kid fell in love with another little kid, a school mate.

Sometimes the kids think they fall in love when they have a crush on someone else in the class, when they’re eight or ten years old or something like that.

So the eight-year-old kid came back home and asked his Father, “Father, is it expensive to be married?”

And the father said, “Yes, son, it is very expensive.”

So the son asked, “How much does it cost?”

And the father said, “I don’t know, son. I’m still paying.”

fall in love：坠入爱河

crush[krʌʃ]：粉碎，迷恋

expensive[ɪk'spɛnsɪv]：昂贵的

一个小男孩爱上了一个同班小女孩。

有时候，八九岁孩子会误以为自己对同龄异性的好感是爱情。

于是，这个八岁的小男孩回到家里问他父亲，“爸爸，结婚很贵吗?”

父亲回答说：“没错，孩子，很费钱的。”

孩子又问：“要花多少钱呢?”

父亲说：“我不知道，儿子，我现在还在花钱。”
