Hey, everyone, my name is Michael and I'm from Singapore and my questions is: Do I take naps? I take a lot of naps, especially very short naps and I think they call it power naps cause I read in an article that if you take like short naps: 15 to 20 minutes it does wonders for your eye bags so I'm not sure how good that advice is because I can still see quite a lot of it here but you should try it if eye bags are bothering you.
