高考英语今昔作文
在“今昔对比”的对比类写作中，一定要把握时态的运用，时态通常是一般现在时和一般过去时。写作格式：提出主题句——对过去情况的描述——对现在情况的描述——总结句。当然，也可以对今、昔进行逐条对比。今昔对比类作文常用句型：
(school/hometown), as all may know, is not what it used to be.
In the past, …… I wished that our (school/hometown) could be more brilliant,
there would be a ……. But now, everything has changed.
My wish comes true. Moreover, ……
In addition, what makes (the school/hometown) more lovely is that ……

1. 开头常用句型
(1) Great changes have taken place.
Great changes have taken place in my hometown in the last five year.
Quite a few changes have taken place in my school since you left China.
Over the past twenty years or so, great changes have taken place in our life.
(2) Things have begun to improve since…(自从…以来，事情有了好转/改善)
Things have begun to improve since schools were called on to reduce learning load.
2. 对比常用句型:
(1)…used to…, but now… 过去常……，但是现在……
(2) …in the past, but now… 在过去……，但是现在……
(3) once…, but now… 曾经…….，但是现在……
(4) Things are different now. 情况已大不同了

一、评分原则
1、本题总分为25分，按5个档次给分。
2、评分时，选根据文章的内容和语言初步确定其所属档次，然后以该档次的要求衡量，确定或调整档次，最后给分。
3、词数少于80和多于120的，从总分中减去2分。
4、评分时，应注意的主要内容：内容要点、应用词汇和语法结构的数量和准确性、上下文连贯性及语言的得体性。
5、拼写与标点符号是语言准确性的一个方面，评分时，应视其对交际的影响程度予以考虑。英、美拼写及词汇用法均可接受。
6、如书写较差，以至影响交际，将分数降低一个档次。

Over the past twenty years or so, great changes have taken place in our life. Take my family for example. My parents contacted others mainly by sending them letters in the past, but now we call long distance at home. And once my parents listened to the radio for news and other information, but nowwe watch the news and other programs on TV. Another big change is in the housing conditions. When they got married about twenty years ago, my parents lived in a small room crowded with furniture, but now we have moved into a big new three-room apartment.
In short, changes in our life in the past twenty years have brought us comfort and convenience.
