1. 确定文体：
书信(a letter, an email),记叙，描写，议论说理，说明，日记(a diary),通知(a notice)等。
2. 确定人称与数： 第I、II、III人称，单复数
3. 确定时态：
一般现在时，一般过去时，一般将来时，现在进行时，过去进行时，现在完成时等。
4. 确定结构： 三段式(头身尾)(启承转合)
二、搭框架，列提纲
(按一定逻辑列出关键词语或短句)
常见的框架模型：列事实设问 解决方法或建议个人观点或情感 (褒贬) 段落结构：①facts ② main idea examples feelings
列提纲的常用方法：

三、打草稿(要留空方便改写 )
1. 将提纲中的要点写成句子，形成段或篇。记叙文要有线索和评价，说理文要注重观点与事例的密切相关性。
2. 注重各种句型的选用尽量使用简单句(包括there be句型、感叹句、祈使句和评价句型)、并列句(含有and, or, both…and…, either…or…,neither…nor…,not only…but also…等)，适当使用复合句(主要是宾语从句、状语从句---含if、unless、when、until、as soon as、because、so、though、but、than等)，少用定语从句。
3. 注意词性、词序、词形。
如：(1) pollute，pollution，polluted(受污染的).
(2) develop, development, developed(发达的)/ developing(发展中的)
(3)succeed, success, successful , successfully状语多用于句尾, 时间、地点、方式、原因、比较等可后置。
(4) 注意时态、人称和数的使用。
(5) 注意使用扩句、并句等。使用各种技巧扩句，用形容词 、副词、介词短语、动词不定式(to do sth.)、从句等可扩句。如: It’s really necessary for us to protect the environment if we want to live a better life.
(6) 注意选择与话题相关的功能句型。
常用的功能有：表达喜恶爱好类，习惯类、变化类、推测预测类、功能影响类、利弊类、意见建议类、方法类、感觉类、观点评价类、比较类、感恩类、交流类、交通方式类、通讯类、规则类等。常见的话题有健康类、环保类、安全类、文明礼仪类、感恩类、旅游类、民俗节日类、写人记事类、时尚类。
3. 润饰：
(1) 词语的推敲(2)句型变化(3)关联意群的确立(4)修辞(比喻、排比、夸张等)
