教育部公布关于推进中小学生研学旅行的意见

The Ministry of Education and 10 other government agencies issued a circular to encourage primary and middle Schools to organize educational excursions for students.

教育部等11个政府机构近日发布了关于鼓励中小学组织学生参加研学旅行的通知。

Schools should work such trips into their plans and integrate the events with school courses, according to the ministry.

教育部表示，学校应该把研学旅行纳入教育教学计划，将研学旅行活动与学校课程融合。

Educational excursions for primary school students should focus on knowledge and understanding of their hometowns.

小学阶段研学旅行应以了解乡土乡情为主。

The focus of such trips should be shifted towards counties and cities for junior middle school students, and provinces as well as the entire country for senior high school students.

而初中阶段则以县情市情为主、高中阶段以省情国情为主。

Stressing safety as the top priority, the document underscored that trips must be organized on a non-profit basis and come at a reduced cost for students from families with financial difficulties.

通知强调，研学旅行安全第一，不得以营利为目的组织研学旅行，对贫困家庭学生要减免费用。
