长征七号安全运抵海南文昌 计划于6月下旬择机发射

China's fourth space launch center, the Wenchang satellite launch center in southern Hainan Province, is preparing for its maiden launch mission.

中国第四个航天发射中心--海南省文昌卫星发射中心正在为其首次发射任务做着准备。

China's new generation Long March-7 carrier rocket arrived at Wenchang, Hainan, on last Saturday afternoon, where it is scheduled for its maiden launch in late June.

上周六下午，我国新一代运载火箭长征七号抵达海南文昌，计划于6月下旬执行首次发射任务。

The rocket arrived at Qinglan Harbor in Wenchang after a six-day journey by sea from Tianjin and will be taken to the Wenchang satellite launch center by road.

长征七号从天津出发，经过6天的海上航行后抵达文昌清澜港，随后将经由公路运往文昌卫星发射中心。

Assembling and testing will be conducted according to the mission's schedule, officials said.

相关官员表示，组装和测试工作将会按照任务的日程安排进行。

The Long March-7, a medium-sized rocket using liquid propellant, can carry up to 13.5 tons to low Earth orbit. It will transport cargo for China's planned space station and is expected to become a main carrier for space launches.

长征七号是使用液体推进剂的中型火箭，近地轨道运载能力达13.5吨。长征七号将为中国筹建中的空间站运送货物，预计将成为我国太空发射的主要运载火箭。

The construction of the Wenchang satellite launch center started in 2009 and was completed in November 2014.

文昌卫星发射中心的建设工作始于2009年，并于2014年11月正式宣告建成。
