今天小U就以电子支付为例，教大家准备如何应对口语考试中需要谈某一现象类话题的【利弊】。
任何关于现象的话题都是有利有弊（advantages and disadvantages）的~ 当然啦，如果要求小伙伴们在短短几分钟内不仅要想到优缺点，还要组织好语言表达，同时还要应付自己的partner，掐指一算，这个难度有点大额……
聊到一件事物的利弊，先给宝宝们普及一个知识点——利益相关者（stakeholders），指和一个现象的发生能产生关联的任何人群或组织。那么电子支付的stakeholders有哪些呢？
最直接的当然就是消费者和商家了。
每一个stakeholder都可以从利弊两方面来看哦~
那么谈到利弊，又有哪些角度可以帮助小伙伴们有话可说呢？
下面我们来看一下具体的实例吧~~
Stakeholder 1：消费者
电子支付对消费者有什么advantages呢？
First, it is really convenient. All we need is just a smartphone. We don't even have to carry our wallet, because electronic payment saves us from carrying a large amount of cash. If we are going to buy something really expensive, electronic payment would be safer and more convenient, too.
电子支付帮助我们实现了出门不带钱的小心愿，一个手机潇洒出门，避免了携带现金的麻烦。
那么电子支付对消费者有没有disadvantages呢？
当然有了，如果手机被偷而身上连一块钢镚儿都抠不出来，这就很尴尬了。
Well, I'm afraid that people would depend too much on electronic payment. You see, if your smartphone got stolen, and you were out alone and penniless, you would be in a very awkward and even dangerous situation.

商家角度的advantages有哪些呢？
电子支 付的便利性使商家获得更多的收益。

而且，商家也减少了现金交易，安全又便捷。
They don't have to prepare a large amount of small change. And they won't worry too much about the safety of money.
有没有disadvantages呢？
部分传统型的零售商可能会受到很大的冲击，他们不愿意或者没有能力提供电子支付方式，损失了一部分消费者，甚至有可能遭到行业的淘汰。
And some traditional retailers, especially those in small towns, may be affected, because they might have no equipment for electronic payment. So they may lose their customers or even get eliminated from the industry.
除了消费者和商家之外, 电子支付的stakeholders还有许多，关联到整个国家经济、立法机关、执法机关等。在口语考试中，我们应该选择最好讲、最日常的下手，能hold住的就是最优选择。
