In my last job,I led a team of five on a research project.

在上一份工作中，我领导了一个五人组成的研究项目小组。

Based on the research needs of another unit,I designed the research and outlined the research method and schedule.

基于其他部门的研究需求，我制订了研究方案，研究方法和日程安排。

I assigned tasks for each member and monitored the progress.

我分派工作给组员，并且随时掌握进度。

At the same time I interacted with the project manager and reported team activities and progress.

同时，我也与项目经理联系，向他报告小组的活动与进度。

We completed the project on time and within budget.

我们按时在预算内完成项目。

I received a compliment from the project manager.

我得到了项目经理的赞赏。

这主要是针对管理经验少的人所提的问题。即使你没有过正式的管理职位，如果曾经指导过新员工，或是有过带领其他员工工作的经历，都可提出并说明。没有工作经验的人，可以列举学生生活或是社团活动中的经历。另外，要具体说明监督或领导的人数，工作的内容，成果等。
