A:How do you get along with your co-workers?
B:I get along pretty well with most of seems there are always a few rotten apples in the bunch,though,Like Margaret.
I don't know why management hasn't fired her yet.She's a terrible gossip.
A:Do you think management should fire someone just because they gossip?
B:It's not only that she gossips,but she also tries to start problems among other employees by spreading rumors and telling lies about her 's not trustworthy,and in my opinion,I think she's nuts.
A:So how do you develop good relationships in the office?
B:I think one of the important things is just to be considerate of your co-workers'feelings and you are aware of other people and do your part to make a good working environment,you should be able to get along with most of the people you work with.
A: I think you're right,but it does seem that there are always a few co—workers that are harder to work with than others.
A:你和同事的关系如何?
B:我和他们大部分人处得都很不错。不过,好像一群人中总会有些坏家伙,比方说玛格丽特。我不知道管理部门为什么到现在还没有解雇她。她可是令人厌恶的饶舌者。
A:你认为管理部门仅仅因为有人说闲话就会解雇他们吗?
B:她不仅仅是闲聊,而且散布谣言试图在同事之间挑起事端,还对同事说谎。她这个人不可信赖,而且我认为她有点儿疯了。
A:那你在办公室是如何搞好同事关系的?
B:我想最重要的事情之一是多体谅一下同事的感觉和需要。如果你意识到别人的存在,尽自己的力量去营造好的工作环境,那你肯定能与大多数同事相处融洽。
A:我想你说得很对,可是确实有些同事比其他人更难相处.
