You are expected to ask questions during the interview process. If you don"t, you may be giving the impression that you are not confident, lacking in-depth knowledge regarding1 the job or the organization, not keen2 in learning3, or do not have an inquisitive4 mind.
Asking the right question can be as effective as answering a well-asked question.
Technique of Asking Good Questions-Key Prireiples
Good questions usually follow the flow of the conversation and engage the mind of the interviewer.
Position the question as a “learner?and not as an “investigator?
Asking question is not the same as giving a “speech?
Be very mindful of not asking something that has just been said. Be clear in the sentence structure and language.
If your current knowledge permit, it is good to ask about something recent. Avoid issues that are too controversial5 or sensitive.

在面试的过程中，面试官同样希望你也提出一些问题。如果你不提问，很可能给面试官留下不够自信、缺乏对面试机构以及面试职位的了解、不愿意学习或者对新事物没有好奇心等不良印象。
提出一个恰到好处的问题甚至比圆满地回答了一个问题更为有效。
提出好问题的技巧
好问题往往是随着谈话的展开自然而然地提出的;同时还可以吸引面试官的注意力;
将问题定位在“学习者”而不是“调查者”的角度;
不可将提问等同于“演讲”;
留意不要重复谈话中已经涉及到的问题。使用清晰的句子和准确的语言表达;
在你现有知识允许的前提下，最好问些最近发生的事件。避免有争论性或过于敏感的话题。
