职场小贴士:老板不如我?

理想中的上司是这样的：欣赏你的能力，宽容你的缺点，关心你的生活。但是实际生活中不可能所有上司都是完美的。如果遇到一个能力不如自己的上司，你心中不满他，他处处提防你，工作怎么进行的下去？

不要把目光只放在老板的缺点上:
For one thing, there must be some good qualities your boss has, but you don’t. Try to appreciate and learn from these qualities. Another thing to think about is that those bosses who just hopped into another new field care the most about the achievements of their employees. So show your confidence and get as much decision power as you can.
首先，既然是上司，肯定有一些你所不具备的素质包括品德，才华或良好的人际关系。其次，这种空降兵老板最在意下属的成绩，因为这关系到他本人的业绩问题。所以要抓住机会展现自己的才华，得到最大的自主权。

切忌锋芒太露：
It is office taboo to exceed you authority. So report to your superior in time and let him do the summaries and make the decisions. As long as he feels you are cooperative and trustworthy, he will be willing to give your more opportunities.
越权是职场大忌，正确做法是向上司汇报你的工作并把决策性和总结性的共组留给他来做。只有配合他的工作得到他的信任才有机会被推荐，提拔。

老板提防自己怎么办？
Office workers should realize that their superior don’t have an obligation to share their methods and resources. To make up for this, you can find some transregional or interdepartmental work to do in addition to your regular duties and find more opportunities by yourself.
首先要有良好的心态，上司分享自己的经验和资源其实并不是他的义务。其次在做好本职工作的前提下，可以找一些跨部门跨地域的工作来摆脱他的控制。
