二、学习生活

大学课程咨询与指导（course counselling and guide），论文写作咨询与指导（essay writing counselling），课程实验和实践（course experiments and practice）是学术语言模块（academic language）的经典话题，如果考生熟悉海外教育体系（college education system），这些是学术话题中比较容易得分的话题。

被招收enroll（名词为enrollment）的新学生刚进校时，先去注册办公室registration office去登记注册register付注册费registration fee后会拿到一张申请表 application form /registration form，填表fill in the form后，记下一些个人信息take down some details，会有专人为你存档 keep on the file。
大学开学典礼opening ceremony后，会举行情况说明会 orientation meeting，发情况说明手册orientation pack，安排校园解说游览orientation tour（on the campus）

三、旅游休闲Travelling/Holidays

1、 确定旅游类型和目的地

如果你想去度假on vacation/on holiday，又喜欢跟团旅行package tour,可以和旅行社travel agency确定旅行tour/journey/travel类型。可以选择expedition远途旅行（时间长，路途辛苦）或者excursion 短途旅行

具体的娱乐entertainment/recreation项目比如：
①人文景观places of historical interest;
② 购物shopping;
③有导游带领的旅行 guided tours。

2、附加的游览项目的挑选

如果在某些景点scenic spot/resort
如果愿意付额外的费用extra fee可以得到附加的游览项目比如：

3、预定机票

然后提前预定reserve in advance/make a reservation in advance（特别提醒：一般Section1或者Section2中出现的，机票和餐厅位置的预定用book、reserve或者make a reservation，
飞机票有头等舱first class和经济舱economy class/tourist class/second class两种
头等舱的候车室lounge里有茶点refreshments提供
付款方式Pay by:现金cash；支票check ；信用卡credit card；支票薄checkbook；银行转帐 bank transfer；
(有时需要携带旅行支票traveler’s check)

4、旅游安排

⑴旅游路线itinerary和公交路线(bus route)也是要事先考虑的，在小册子brochure上会有时间表timetable/agenda/schedule列表
⑵一般小巴士mini-bus可以容纳12-15个人，大巴士coach可以容纳45-50个人；确定好出发时间departure time 和回返时间return time

5、携带物品

如果有野营go camping的打算，建议携带一些生活必需品和应急用品，例如：帐篷tent

四、房屋租赁

首先landlord / landlady房东和tenant租客通过houseagency房产中介（或house agent房产代理人）联系，洽谈租房事宜。

1、确定住宿形式：

2、住宿类型分为两大类：
