1770年，Marie-Antoinette d'Autriche（维也纳人）把羊角面包正式的带入法国。但是有一种说法羊角面包早在1770年以前已经存在。有历史纪录在1549年在巴黎皇室有羊角面包。
现今，羊角面包是法国人的一种传统早点。现在市面上的层状羊角面包的做法最早于20世纪初。


Kimchi:韩国泡菜

辣白菜是泡菜的一种，泡菜是朝鲜族具有代表性的传统发酵食品，是以米饭为主的朝鲜族饮食生活中最重要的副食之一。相传的哪怕一日无泡菜，都难以吃下饭啦。
泡菜的酱汁，可以补充米饭中缺乏的蛋白质。另外，在泡菜酵的过程中，虾酱、凤尾鱼酱、黄石鱼酱等含有的蛋白质分解为氨基酸。
蔬菜中含有钙、铜、磷、铁、盐等丰富的无机物，促进维生素C和对以米饭主食的人尤为重要的维生素B的吸收。
泡菜可以净化胃肠。能够促进胃肠内的蛋白质分解和吸收。还可以使肠内微生物的分布趋于正常化。
泡菜随着发酵的成熟产生酸味的乳酸菌，不仅使泡菜更加美味，食用后还能抑制肠内的其他有害菌哦。
