We are no geniuses, and we have no shortcut to learning languages. We simply found ways to enjoy the process.

今日发音练习重点：

1. genius单词内不含/r/音。变复数geniuses时加/ɪz/音

2. languages 变复数时加/ɪz/音

言之有物：

1. we are no XX 我们不是XX

词链儿：

I am no XX 我不是XX

You are no XX 你不是XX

固定搭配中，只能用no，不能用not的情况：

Everyone should keep discipline and you are no exception.

每个人都应该遵守纪律，你也毫无例外。

There is no expecting what will happen.

无法预料会发生什么事情。

There are no exceptions. 没有例外。

但当名词前有冠词时，一般用not，不用no :

He is not a Teacher. 他不是个老师。

2. shortcut noun. 捷径

词链儿：have shortcut to something/doing something

用法：后接名词或动名词结构

意思：通往XX的捷径

There is no shortcut to life. Sometimes we fall, and learn in a hard way.

成长没有捷径，有时候需要狠狠摔跤。

There is no shortcut to success, the only way is diligence.

成功没有捷径，唯在勤勉。
